<PC100 Fun> utorrent no response

After the download reach 23%, the whole utorrent is suspensed and no response. I restart the PC and retry again 3 times, but it still behaves like that. Did any of u experience it before?
My utorrent is 2.0. And my OS is Vista.

utorrent 2.0 is an "unkwon" version..... it can be controlled by isp to limit your download speed...

so, u may try downgrade back to 1.8.7....

or the seed is super seed it will control the downloading speed or % according to your upload speed/limit...

or the seed is "fake" dog

I've problem on utorrent 2.0 with HDStar but then I downgrade it to 1.8.5 and everything's back to normal. Hope it helps.
