You cannot update the firmware from V1 to V5 because the FULL upgrade requires HARDWARE as well as the software. V3 to V4 added the hardware for EQ and this is what is required before going to V5. YOU MUST CURRENTLY HAVE AN EQ VERSION TO UPDATE WITH THIS SOFTWARE!

This sale is for the SOFTWARE ONLY, so if you have a V4 EQ and want to get the latest V5 EQ firmware, then this is the IDEAL situation for you. NO MICROPHONES ARE BEING SOLD JUST SOFTWARE!

Also, if you are having trouble selling your V4EQ on Audiogon or ebay, you may have better luck upgrading your unit to V5EQ to make it the latest and greatest for potential buyers.

You MUST have the EQ HARDWARE installed to upgrade with this firmware because it is the EQ upgrade and not the NON EQ version.

This upgrade improves on the Lexicons Logic 7 processing for 5.1 sources, improves on the Dolby Digital processing, allows you to use your SUB with main speakers set to FULL and it adds the new Lexicon LIVE feature.

The upgrade originally costs $500 from lexicon direct and I am selling mine for $200 and will include the printed instructions for easy and simple installation.

M&K MX-70會唔會接駁!


DVHS這樣接AX2500有何用處??

我大多數只會用兩個Subwoofer:

(1) M&K MPS 5310 (2 x 12" Push-Pull) THX pm3 - 350W
(2) M&K MX-350 (2 x 12" Push-Pull) THX Ultra 2 - 350W

因為以上兩個設計及功率差不多，只是 MPS 5310 為專業型号，而MX-350 為家用型号，估計較易擺位，可能一上一下。





至於 M&K MX-70 (2 x 8" Push-Pull) 150W，也會嘗試接駁並會依據星加坡高手低音泰斗 Jason 兄 (JJJ) 建議作為輔助用途 (因Lexicon MC-12B EQ 能控制及接駁3個Subwoofer Output)，如果效果並不顯著，便會放到二手市塲，等知音者收容盡用其功能及表現。其實 MX-70 雙8"推挽設計的效能(速度快、能量高)也許能輕易勝過一般 單10" 甚至 12" 之重低音。

Yamaha AX-2500 只是用作聲效解碼器，為 Victor DVHS HM-DHX2 播放高解像軟件時之 AAC 2.0 或 5.1 聲效解碼 (Decoder)，但
