第一道菜係八爪魚 + 金木立刺身, 賣相極盡簡約...

但係味道絕不簡約, 如果有睇過壽司之神 Jiro "Dreams of Sushi"對八爪魚作法既見解
(要將八爪魚搓揉45分鐘以上, 令肉質馬田化、溠出應有既八爪魚香味),
眼前呢2碌八爪魚就應該近磅喇..

每種魚生應有唔同既溫度先可以食到魚本身最好既味道, 呢2件金木立啱啱好
