除解析度外, 其RT60..小弟在比較國外REW(Room EQ Wizard)與 XTZ 此軟體
的結果似乎也有相當出入, 這可能只有同場測試才能確定了.
也誠如Raymond兄言, small room 的低頻RT60 參考度不大.

XTZ Room Analyzer 實在是不難用，

相比免費軟件 REW 加上 Sound Level Meter 的組合

XTZ Room Analyzer 更易用及可用資料更多，量度也快

要用它的資料，去解決問題，相對是較難 --> 難set



但早前也指出要考慮的地方及作出忠告:

此類產品 (e.g. XTZ Room Analyzer) 只是助你快速找出問題，

並不能幫助你解決問題，故你要再花時間去明白問題，

再用腦去想方法解決，花精力及金錢去嘗試處理，

但注意，有時問題是並不能完全可解決的

低頻及駐波問題，確是相對較難處理！

但它們對整體影音效果卻是非常重要。

忠告:

如你無打算投放金錢時間去找辦法不斷完善系統

只是想以平常心去享受現有的影音空間

請不要買此類影音工具，只會浪費金錢及自尋煩惱

知道問題所在，但找不到方法(沒能力投入)去解決，也是極為煩惱及痛苦



故建議不要去買入 XTZ Room Analyzer

此產品只是助你快速找出問題，並不能幫助解決問題

極其量，用免費軟件 REW 及 Sound Level Meter 便可

可惜沒看到waterfall , 希望能同場比較time domain.
(REW的 waterfall可以觀察到近1 sec , 解析度也高得多.)

After using the XTZ Room Analyzer, I find it is more effective and efficient than using REW. Therefore, I have already deleted and removed the REW software as well as the past data folder.

If I have time, I will certainly install the REW and try to compare them directly side-by-side. I hope I can do it once I can find the most suitable locations and settings for my subwoofers. I will post those direct comparison of REW and XTZ here to share with all the brothers who may interest to know the different.



At this moment, I am happy with the quick and easy usage of XTZ.

In fact, it help me a lot and with the much clearer measurements taken and the observable changes.

I am now on the process of moving around the subwoofers and discover that I can minimize the peaks and dips by placement the subwoofers in different locations.

With the XTZ Room Analyzer, this can make my fine tuning more easier.

Although, it is hard work by moving around the subwoofers and taking measurements. It is now becoming a fun as I can see and hear the improvements.

Hopefully, there is no need for me to employ additional PEQ for my system but still can achieve acceptable smooth frequency response.

昨天晚上飯後，做點運動，把上下疊羅漢的 2 隻 MPS5310 分開

把上面那隻放在下面那隻的右面，即變成左右並排



用 XTZ Room Analyzer 再度，發現可消減原來的 48Hz 低頻駐波的高峰

使整條曲線由 2 個 Room Mode (26Hz 及 48Hz) 變成只有 1 個 Room Mode (27Hz)

整條曲線 31.5Hz 以上已甚為平順在 Ref ±5dB 的範圍內

但同時 27Hz 的聲壓高峰卻高了



以前也知用 2 個以上 Subwoofer 可以互相補償，低頻更平順

現在終於可以有方法及用圖表和曲線顯示出來

相信用此方法，慢慢嘗試，必定可找出最佳 Subwoofer 位置



2009年11月7日 量度，2 隻 MPS5310 上下疊羅漢，度 3 位平均


2009年11月10日 量度，2 隻 MPS5310 左右並排放，只度 1 位 - 皇帝位

另外， XTZ 建議一般用 3 位平均去量度 (30%左、40%中、30%右)，

但亦可用 1 個位去量度 (皇帝位 Sweet Spot 100% 中)，更準故相對難達到平順曲線
