Further to the advice from Peter So Hing, I am going to buy Victor HM-DHX2. However, I have some simple and silly questions hoping that Peter So or Racingboy or other high hands can able to address:

(1) Apart from using it to play HD software, can it be used for other functions such as recording DV, copying HD, .....

(5) Any special requirements for AV amp to decode AAC Dobly 5.1 from D-Theater or D-VHS software ???

有 D amp 有 built-in, 現役 ax10AI有, onkyo 旗艦都好似有, 有幾部美國 high end 嘢都有, 齋 decoder 就難揾Ｄ, 要睇睇二手.

Thank you for your answers and advice on my questions. However, I still have a query on AAC Dobly 5.1 from D-VHS software. I am not sure whether this AAC Dobly 5.1 is different from normal Dobly 5.1 or DTS of DVD. If they are the same, I expect normal AV amp with built-in Dobly & DTS decoding functions will do the job. If not, I need to purchase special AV Amp to appreicate the sound effects. Please advice.

日版挨釘所用AAC只有日來版amp可以解，但個別香港行貨版AV Amp有AAC解碼！(如Pioneer NR1000、Onkyo AX10等)
以前日未仔有出過獨立AAC解碼，但家陣佢地所有amp都有內置所以out左好耐。
可以DHX2選PCM輸出再用amp的Proloiic IIx/DTS Neo 6，不過比較過同真正AAC爭幾遠下！
