M&K Sound 及 M&K Professional ，均是前朝美國制做或質檢合格的堅野！
MK Sound 現在是丹麥公司，但產品均在中國制做的，質量方面，我則不太清楚了！
Right, the quality is not related to made in china or not, but it should have different between current and previous.
and MK now is sweden or denmark's corp?
Sorry the MK Sound should be a Denmark (European Company) while M&K Sound was an USA (American Company)
The original M&K Engineering Design Manager & Director of Quality (Mr. Chris Hagen) had left and stayed with other audio company (not MK Sound).
Before joining M&K, Chris is the chief designer for JBL (e.g. the famous JBL Synthesis 3 system was from him).
Besides, Mr. Barry Ober was the M&K Senior Audio Engineer and Senior Technical Support Engineer had left M&K as well.
Both of them and other important technical staff responsible for the design and engineering issues had left M&K. They had not stayed with the new MK Sound.
Furthermore, Chris Hagen retains all the original design information, blue prints, research data, ..... , etc.
Chris Hagen 寫:I acquired all of the engineering pc’s as well as all of the testing pc’s. So we have a great deal of the design data as well as reference curves, windows and macros for all of the models. This was enhanced by my bumping into the fellow who bought my office set on Friday – he only wanted one file cabinet, and didn’t care about the papers inside (which the auction staff had left), so he let me take as many of those as I wanted. So I left manuals for thinks that I don’t have, old catalogs, and all, but grabbed every file on any M&K product as well as notes and procedures.
A lot of people think of Ken when they think of M&K, but a lot of other people made it go, too - Rafael, Misha, Manuel, Frank, Elvira, Brett, Almaz, Chuck, Suzy, Mike, Mack, Rich, Dave, Lester, Jonas, Paul, Jaye, Juan, Frankie, and many many more. I'm sure those still around and in need all thank you for your thoughts!
Hence, the most important intellectual properties of M&K may be out of the reach from MK Sound.
