SVS - sb12+ very good performance, okay price, small size
SVS PC13U - super performance, very large size

so if size does not matter, should choose SVS cylinder type?

I have no chance (or venue) to test-hear the sound. But reading from the SVS website, it seems they are suggesting that the cylinder type should give better performance, the box ones are made to suit the norm as ppl prefer speakers in boxes.

To me, it seems both PB and PC13U are huge, PC is taller but they both occupy large floor area.

但係我唔想花太多錢響隻 sub-woofer 度, 我唔係太好俾人大力打心口或者 7 級半地震 !
