It is a relatively good preamp with Surround Bypass function. Hence, it can be used with any AV Surround Processor with Pre-out.

Marantz SA14 Ver.2 SACD Player (2 Channel).

I purchase this Marantz SACD Player trying to experience the power of SACD recording technology and great specification on sound spectrum.

I intentionally purchase it as it has balanced output and designed dedicated to 2 Channel SACD only no other fancy decoding for multi-channel, no HDCD, ....... Hopefully, all the manufacturing cost only for 2 Channel SACD and the electronic components will be better off.

As a lot of big brothers here do agree that some SACD are very good and some are not. The variations on sound quality are quite significant. Anyway, it is a good machine to play with good recording quality SACD disc.

In order to minimise the signal loss, all my CDP, SACD Player, Preamp as well as the Power Amp are connected with XLR Balanced Cables.

One of the most important equipment in my Audio system is these famous Krell Full Power Balance Monoblock FPB 250Mc.

This pair of mono-block is great and deliver sufficient as well as stable power / sound for my speakers.

However, it makes me hurt for many many times. I have been cut by the sharp edges of the numerous heat sink during cleansing as well as walk close to it carelessly. It is a cool and dangerous equipment but is relatively hot during operation with sweet sound.
